In an increasingly odd world we have to put this section here.
The website, like the festival, is organised volunteers and is done so in good faith. We attempt to provide the best information we can and as timely as we can. We offer no guarantees as to the quality of the website or the information therein. Please note that for the best information check the programme first, then the website and then lookout for local notices.
You may not duplicate the website text or programme text therein but you may link to it from the root page.

The email addresses used by this site never originate email.
Any mail which is sent to you containing one of our email addresses in the header is guaranteed to be spam. Using a fake or stolen email address is an old spammers' technique that most people are aware of. Pretending to be someone else for the purposes of any internet business is essentially fraudulent, it is also illegal - but difficult to prosecute. If you do get spam with our identity attached to it please let us know and we will inform the police. If you want attempt to get immediate redress from the fraudsters concerned, you can always try and work out from the mail header (or sometimes contents) where the mail came from and report it to SpamCop or something similar.
We have tried the website content on Firefox, Opera, Mozilla, Epiphany and even odd browsers like Internet Explorer and found that it works at least adequately. As many people know, Internet Explorer cannot correctly mark up CSS (even though it is a standard) so on occasion the text styles will not be rendered correctly on that "browser". For this reason, and many others, we advocate the use of Firefox.
There may be issues with very low resolution browsers like those found under PalmOS since they can't mark up the frames correctly - in those cases, just load the right hand (topsheet) frame and you'll be fine.
We've tried to strike a happy medium with respect to graphics for those of you not using broadband, some pages have more than others but the main page, which includes the whole programme, is still fairly fast to load. We've tried hard not to keep editting it so you should retrieve it from cache after the first load.
Any suggestions as to arrangement of contents are listened to - contact is given below - and acted on when they are good. The website is the product of four years of iterations.
